The festival will be opening at 12:00 pm on Friday.
You will want to gear up and join the celebration by opening your booth by that time if at all possible. 

The hours this year in the Children's Area are:
       Friday --------- 11:00 pm to 9:00 pm      
Saturday --------10:00 am to 9:00 pm
  Sunday --------10:00 am to 5:00 pm

            We encourage you to set up Friday morning, even if you cannot open until Saturday.  All vehicles must be off the Lane Grounds by 11:00AM Friday.  Set up for Saturday will be from 7:00 am till 9:30 am, with all vehicles off the grounds and East Pike Street by 9:30 am.
