Interested in Booth Space?

 
 

The festival will be opening at 12:00 pm on Friday.
You will want to gear up and join the celebration by opening your booth by that time if at all possible. 

The hours this year in the Children's Area are:
Friday --------- 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm      
Saturday ---------- 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
  Sunday ------------  10:00 am to 5:00 pm

With this year being Indiana’s introduction to daylight savings time we anticipate you may want to keep your booth open until the daylight fades and those having already purchased tickets use them up.  We will leave that to individual vendor’s discretion, however the ticket booth in the Children’s Area will close at 9:00 and tickets for that days activities will be collected at that time.

            Food vendors will be open on Friday at noon and entertainment will start at 2:00 pm on the main stage. The area for our booths will be somewhat the same as last year, however the Strawberry Festival Committee reserves the right to require payment for multiple spaces if your activity is too large.  Our average booth size is 15 x 15, so you may plan accordingly. 

              Our main stage entertainment has expanded to both Friday and Saturday nights this year.  On Friday evening you will enjoy the country baritone voice of Doug Stone whose first fifteen singles peaked inside the top 5, with eight hitting No. 1, including "In A Different Light," "I Thought It Was You," "Too Busy Being In Love," "I Never Knew Love," and the Grammy-nominated "I'd Be Better Off (In A Pine Box)."  The  concert will start at 8:00 on the main stage. On Saturday evening come witness the "Closest Thing to the King in Concert" with Shawn Klush. He was voted winner of the Elvis Presley Enterprises first ever "Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist" contest.

             We encourage you to set up Friday morning, even if you cannot open until Saturday.  All vehicles must be off the Lane Grounds by noon Friday.  Set up for Saturday will be from 7:00 am till 9:30 am, with all vehicles off the grounds by 9:30 am.

            Please return your registration to us by May 3rd   if you plan to participate.  Because of the interest and growth last year, we cannot guarantee a spot with late registrations, although as has been our practice every attempt will be made to allow you to continue the same activity each year should you choose.  Otherwise entries will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis!
